Where we do it

Our clients’  expert teams are located in one of the most attractive countries for outsourcing in Europe today: Bulgaria.

The “new off-shoring star in Europe” is how the global management consulting firm A.T. Kearney described Bulgaria in 2009. Their study rated the country as 1st most competitive destination on the continent and as 13th worldwide based on the following categories:

» Financial attractiveness

» People and skills availability

» Business environment

Sustainable pool of qualified and multilingual IT talents

Bulgaria enjoys a longstanding tradition of excellence in IT expertise having its grounds in an exceptionally developed educational system specializing in computer sciences, electronics and engineering.

With more than 47 universities, located in 26 different towns and 5000 youngsters majoring in Informatics and Computer Science every year, Bulgaria’s high education is recognized as one of the best in the world; Sources as The World Bank and The Economist, place Bulgaria 5th amongst all countries in Sciences and 11th in Mathematics. Bulgarian youngsters rank second both in the world both in IQ tests (MENSA International) and in SAT scores.* The Brainbench Global IT IQ report ranked Bulgaria in 8th place globally for certified IT professionals.

 EU membership

Being a full member of the European Union, the Bulgarian legal framework is fully harmonized with the EU legislation guaranteeing stable economic conditions and a risk-free business environment.

Geographical proximity and none or tiny Time Zone difference

Bulgaria has almost full business day overlap with every country in Europe. Two-hour from Belgium, UK, France, Italy or Spain; one hour from Austria or Germany: this is how long our clients have to spend on the plane before arriving at their development base in the city of Rousse (situated only 60 km from the Romanian airport). Such a short trip requires considerably less travel costs compared with the costs for a trip to an Asian state, for example.

For these reasons, our European clients can afford to make frequent and regular onsite visits and have the privilege to monitor in real time the projects development.

Also, bringing over developers for training and updating sessions is a common practice with our clients as costs are more than reasonable. This increases both team’s integration and performance significantly.
